I posted this 7 years ago and it was getting better but I find it funny that when I am there who ever is on the phone is a priority and when I call they put me on hold
Very nice customer service and helpful..
I was at O'Reilly yesterday and the sales associate was Eddie he assisted me with putting my new battery in my car and also replaced my wipers and other things without any hesitation. I just want to say he was professional and gave excellent service. Thank you Eddie
