RecommendedHuge shout out to the folks at O’Reilly Auto Parts in West Rome! Tim went above and beyond to help us. My mom needed a new battery and no other store in Rome would replace it because of its location. (2005 RAV4) It was late on a Saturday, and we were pretty desperate. Tim and his coworker were so very kind to us. Tim replaced the battery in less than 30 minutes. It is nice to know there are still kind people out there that want to help others. I’m now a huge fan of O’Reillys, and I‘ll be back!! Thank you!!
Went in needing parts for a 2005 F150, I have no knowledge when it comes to automotives, they were very helpful and patient. The new manager is amazing!
