I came into the Nelson rd location and was greeted instantly with a smile and asked if I could be helped with anything. I had very limited knowledge of what I was needing help with but was handled with grace and they instantly found what I needed. After getting me taken care of in a timely manner, I was thanked for coming in and was assured if I needed further help, I could count on them to help out. Very welcoming staff, knowledgeable and helpful for sure! Definitely will be recommending this location for future needs.
Called about a warrant on a battery that I purchased 15 months ago, that has a 3 year warranty. I was told they couldn't warranty the battery because they have done too many warrant replacement as a store. Not my battery, my battery was never replaced.
