Anne at new Decker Location in Baytown Texas is the best. On the same day, I went to two other locations regarding brakes and rotors and all my warranties were in place and I was told that I wasn’t able to use my warranty. I went to the store that I do all my business which is the Baytown store and when I spoke to Anne, she understood everything that was needed and honored my warranty. Went there today at 4pm. Grabbed what I needed and stood in line to be checked out... not 1, not 2, but 3 people were waited on fresh in the door and I was ignored... I put my items back and walked out and went elsewhere to get my items I needed. Sorry but I dont believe that your buddies, bf, or friend should be waited on first when you have people standing in line waiting to give the company you work for their money... used to be a great place to get your autoparts... now, I'd rather go anywhere but this location.
I give Brandon 5 Brandon was very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Brandon went above and beyond to help me. I was in a rush and struggling bc I am no mechanic but Brandon calmed me and knew just how to solve my problem!! I’ll forever return when in need due to Brandon and his professional help!! Thank you Brandon and he got is DL!!
