This morning, I was in a crisis because my tire had gone flat, and I had no idea how to fix it. The moment I walked in, Oscar went above and beyond to help me. Joseph was rude on the phone. He just didn't want to help no matter how politely I addressed the issue. His attitude wasn't helpful. I have called this O'Reilly Auto part store before and talked with someone else, and they seemed helpful and polite. But Joseph definitely was not that individual.
