Terina at O’Reilly Auto Parts really turned my day around. After having zero luck at AutoZone with getting denied installation (without looking at the vehicle) and then also being out of my very common battery, I came into O’Reilly just hoping for any help at all. Terina looked up my vehicle, said they had the battery in stock, and after a quick look at my battery, said that installation would be no problem at all. She went above and beyond to get me set up.
