Had to replace a lightbulb on a Mercedes, and both guys there were quick, and friendly. When the bulb was difficult to get back in because of the AWESOME Mercedes metal clip, they both helped, and when none of us could get it to stay on, helped figure out a way to rig it into place so I could get home. Whoever their boss is, the guys working the closing shift 2/9/2025 are both fantastic, and well worth investing time into developing them along their careers with the company.
I want to say amanda, thank you so much! First I came in to get my battery changed.And then I had locked my keys in my car.And the people at this store were so sweet to help me and see if anything I needed obviously, I was scatter brained and I did not know what to do, but she was such an amazing help.And this very nice, Customer also helped me open the whole thing, so shout out to him and shout out to this o'reilly, thank you so much!
