Needed a battery test, the assistant manager told me it was defective, refused to charge and tried to upswell me a new one. I was already buying things, you already had my money. I was looking for advice on diesels (of which he had none.) the best advice I got was the unspoken word and reassurance that when I am in Utah County, I will be shopping at Autozone, who are always happy to oblige. I mostly deal with Jake and Travis and I get 6 star service! I couldn't ask for more! There are plenty of other parts suppliers fighting for my business but Jake and Travis have earned my loyalty! I won't go anywhere else!
I really appreciate the service at the Orem O'Reillys. Today was no exception! I went in because the blinker in my car was out. The assistant manager looked at the car, and then installed a new bulb. I didn't catch his name, but he was awesome!
