RecommendedI recently purchased a new car battery at the Tea O’Reilly’s. The store was near empty but the assistant manager told me they were understaffed and couldn’t install it... confused and frustrated.. I headed over to this location. A kind worker at this location installed it no problem. Made a bad situation better. Next time I’ll drive a little farther to Marion.
my wife constantly get treated like a idiot every time she stops in. she is told every time that you don't have a part that I looked up on your site and it says they have. A few weeks ago she went in for a universal washer pump and nope have to order it we don't stock, tonight she went in for a simple piggy back drain plug . a normal stocking item and it was "sorry we don't stock it and have to order it, a 30 buck plug. being a former team member I knew better so I got the part number from door man help line and looked it up... read more
The staff at the Marion Rd OAP are always so helpful! A young man by the name of Isaac helped me replace my stubborn windshield wiper in sub-zero temps without any sign of complaint! As I was leaving I noticed another young man patiently helping an elderly gentleman with the same. Very happy with my experiences there!
Horrible customer service , needed batterie then the young gentleman told me and my husband they couldn't put the batterie in because of some relay switch which we had previously while working on the car in past had to for mechanical work unplug your batterie so for this kid to say they can't put it in was wrong because we just went over to advanced auto parts and they never even heard of a relay switch issue for the battery to be put in.
