This place has no customer service skills I was just in there I had bought parts a few days a go so I went to pick them up they brought me my parts with my name on them the date I bought them and it said paid for them and the guy refused to give them to meAnd then asked me to leave the store
Every time I need a part, I always get the wrong one! This time I had to special order parts, ordered on Sunday and shipping was $7 for 3-5 day arrival. Call today because my parts should be in, just for them to tell me they had to reorder one of the parts because the guy ordered the wrong one & I'll now have to wait another 3-5 days for it to get here. Thank you, Lee, Brandon, and the lady who's name I didn't get, for all your help Friday when my alternator went out. My car is fixed and I got back home to the Oregon coast safely in time to get a good nap before work. You are the best!
I came in having the worst day, then my battery decides to quit that day on top of that. My right arm is bum and this dude out of the kindness of his heart put the battery in my car. AWSOME!!! I am coming back and telling my friends about how cool your store is. You made my day!!!!
