I had a terrible experience at this O’Reilly Auto Parts location. I purchased a part yesterday and returned the very next day with my receipt to get a refund. The employee claimed the part had been installed because it smelled like fuel, even though it was clearly brand new and had never been installed. I even have photos from when I picked it up and took it out of the box. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. Helped me with my break hardware today I was honestly relieved that you guys had it here because I was already having a rough day, thats until Jesus helped me find the right parts and shout out to the store for having the part because I just felt like them parts are kinda hard to find but thankfully ya’ll had it.
