First thing they do when you walk in is start yelling at you “put on a mask”, not “Wecome to O’reillys” & ask not yell for you to mask up please! I had a mask in my pocket but they were so rude I just left with my money! Just say NO to rude employees & shop at another parts store! Corporate needs a little retraining at this store,.... or lose money!
What a joke. I wanted my battery tested and it took them about 20 minutes in a machine to then just tell me that the battery was good. I asked how many cranking amps it had and he looked at me like what the heck was I talking about. They will not be getting my business for batteries.
I had a wonderful experience today when my car broke down and the people at the Kwik Car on Central Drive didn't want to take the time to help me with a minor fix on my radiator or to even take a minute to look at it for me,I went next door to the O'Reilly to see if they had the part so I could try to fix it so I could make it home and the very nice gentleman( sorry I don't remember his name) not only had what I needed but he took the time and fixed it for me and even offered to buy me a drink while I waited!!!
