I was in there to get my battery replaced-as I was driving I noticed that my radio and clock were out-I went back to O'reilly's because I saw that when I tried to turn on the radio it said Code-they then proceeded to tell me that I would have to call Honda to get the code-I asked them why they didn't tell me that at the beginning-one of the associates went out-don't know exactly what he did but the radio and clock are still not working.

Consistently horrendous customer service. I was the only one in the store, three employees standing at the counter. Never greeted, never helped even when I brought it to their attention. Thus the reason AutoZone across the street is always packed. Being in sales, my expectations may be high, but a basic greeting should be universal. I thought I was avoiding a left turn and crowd at AutoZone, but I was reminded why.

O'Reilly. The memorial street store is one of the best parts stores there is I have done business with them the last few years and from the management Mikey to the staff they get the job done they allways greet you with a smile and a positive attitude. Good. Service and every store I've been to gives you almost the same but. This store has done more for me then I've ever had any store do like for one example.
