I came in during the morning because I had to buy some lights for my car. I went in and as I was checking out the light bulbs, Jonathon politely asked me if I needed any assistance finding anything. I’m glad he did lol. He ended up locating the specific lights that I needed for my car in under 5 minutes, so I really appreciated his efficiency and quick service! I had a great experience with Johnathan! He went above and beyond to help me find the exact battery I needed and even took the time to help me install it. You don’t always come across that kind of customer service, genuinely willing to help. Highly recommend working with him if you get the chance!
I’ve been to this location several times, but today one of their employees needs recognition. I came in on May 10, 2025. I thought I had a battery issue in my 2007 Toyota Camry. Gabriel came outside right away, with a smile and great attitude, and tested it for me and confirmed that the battery was bad. My battery, that I bought at the same store was 5 years old, which is pretty good by the way. However, Gabriel’s customer service and demeanor is Top Notch and a 5 star in my opinion. Thanks!
