Amazing customer service. Tried going to the zone down the street and walked out because of the service. The guys at O'Reilly helped me get exactly what I needed and even offered to help install. Won't waste my time going anywhere else!
The manager Wes is very unprofessional I don’t know how he’s a manager. First off he attended someone else then when it was my turn he made me wait for like 10mins. He declined to refund me my item when everything was fine. I made a small comment saying it was useful so other people could buy it which led to him saying he can’t return it. As I was leaving him and his other employee said Karen to me.

Came here looking for a socket key that is 12 1.50 my rim entry were too small and I cannot find it anywhere When I got here, I explained to them what I needed & the employee Name Wes helped me out and order it for me, he’s Very knowledgeable & experience with tire shop background I would go here over the San Marcos location thanks Wes
