I didn't need help to be honest, but as soon as I got to the checkout to pay, the service was very good.
Amazing customer service. Tried going to the zone down the street and walked out because of the service. The guys at O'Reilly helped me get exactly what I needed and even offered to help install. Won't waste my time going anywhere else!
The manager Wes is very unprofessional I don’t know how he’s a manager. First off he attended someone else then when it was my turn he made me wait for like 10mins. He declined to refund me my item when everything was fine. I made a small comment saying it was useful so other people could buy it which led to him saying he can’t return it. As I was leaving him and his other employee said Karen to me.
