Standing in the store. Did I purchase a water pump for x car from you? Yes, you did and its a lifetime warranty. Do you have it in stock? Yes, I do. Just bring it in and we will replace it. So I pull the water pump. Now I find out that Dave is wrong. Tough crap for me. I do not have a warrantied pump from you but no option but to buy it instead of it being replaced under warranty. Happy 50th birthday to me.

I was wrongfully terminated by Loss Prevention and feel that I was singled out for events that have been going on for some time now at store 1975. If you go into the store I will no longer be there.

I go here a lot. Have not hat any major issues. People are nice and helpful. The manager is very knowledgeable. If my order is incorrect they do everything they can to make it right. I cannot ask for more.
DO NOT trust O'Reilly to test your battery, had my battery stolen . I was told to pick up my battery within 7 days but it was "recycled" after 2 days (I was told I waited to long to claim it). After speaking to a manager, I was given a dead battery. Terrible customer service.
