I went to O'Reilly's in Gaffney SC and they checked my car and said that my alternator alternator was bad so I bought one($150) and went home and took my old one off and went and had it checked again before I put the new one on. Well there was nothing wrong with the old one but when I tried to carry it back they wouldn't take it back and wouldn't give me my money back
I wouldn't even send my dog to this store if it was last auto parts store in gaffney they have rude employees that threaten ex employees
Every time my husband or myself goes for anything, it seems that Frankie is working. We have never met someone as rude and lazy as him. We had yet another bad experience today and will be calling the corporate number to do a formal complaint. When we discussed the problem with another employee and he said there have been numerous complaints about Frankie. So, I'm wondering what exactly is keeping him on the payroll.
