I won’t be going back to O' Reilly' s parts any longer. I went to buy some parts using an O' Reilly's gift cards earned from prior purchases. We ended up not needing these, due to deciding to buy a complete set instead from the store. Went back today to return parts that weren’t needed, and I noticed the price being refunded was less than what was paid. If I could I would give no stars. Needed an emergency part but they refused to sell to my husband because he works for a competitor!! I will be sure to make sure that if I ever hear another person wanting a part to dang well avoid you like the plague
