used to be a good place to go, until today that is when an employee was completely rude and disrespectful to my grandfather and I. he didnt want to be helpful, so we got a refund, and went to their competitor who actually had the right parts, not wrong parts trying to pass off as correct parts.
RecommendedI've never been disappointed with the service here, and I do a lot of business with them. I called one night 4 minutes before they closed, asking for an odd ball part. The last part my son needed to get his rig on the road. They got the part my son needed and had it waiting for him when he got there, just after closing time on a holiday weekend. The man I spoke to wasn't even cranky. They made my sons night.
Highly understaffed. Disappointed in how long it took to wait in line to purchase items.
