I now know how to replace my own wiper blades thanks to the patient O'Reilly's employee that encouragingly explained it all to me at purchase, and then SHOWED me how when I came back after a bit of confusion because of youtube videos. This visual learner thanks you, dude. You rock.
Such great service! Got a replacement bulb for my Yukon brake light...and he changed it out for me and taught me how to do it myself.
I have been into this store twice and I have received the most attentive and caring service both times. As a lady, my knowledge of auto products is limited and have been helpfully advised. Big Thank You!! I will keep returning.
My sister purchased cable chains here so she could make it through the snow to work. We specifically told the manager wed never used the product and asked how to put them on. After reading the instructions we found shed told us to put them on wrong. We also specifically asked if we needed tentioners, and were told no. 10 minutes into her drive to work the cables snapped and tore the front end off her vehicle. She nearly died.
