This place is too busy I asked for a check engine light assistance, the counter lady said wait in line we'll get to you, that seemed odd to me but I did, after waiting 10 minutes and getting to the front of the line the asst. Mgr a tall guy told me their machines was down! Why didn't the counter help tell me this! How did she not know! Did she forget? Or maybe he just didn't want to lose money by leaving the counter, either way very unprofessional.
