I will no longer be buying parts from this location. The employee by the name of "Ryan" quoted me one price for a part, sent my brother to pick it up, he was then told about a $40 core charge that was never mentioned over the phone. This place is run by rude people. Don't shop here, go across the road to AutoZone, better prices, and way better customer service!
Big shout out to their employee John. He tried and tried to get a headlight bulb back in place. Thank you for your efforts and not just giving up. I always receive help from their employees when I need an item such as wiper blades put on. This kind of customer attention keeps me coming back to their store.
horrible experience here! they sold me the wrong brake pads for my car. as if I wasn't inconvenienced enough from having to go back/forth once my car was torn apart, they were very very rude upon exchange. they even told my husband to stop talking when he was trying to explain their error!! and they kept quoting different prices and I didn't feel confident that they were giving the correct pads even the second time. ended up returning the product and going to auto zone.
