Bad service,took my battery to get tested assistant manager by the name Joe on Hampton and Singleton told me that my battery was no good then I need to purchase a new one I wish didn't believe so I took it somewhere else and they told me my battery was good, I feel sorry for the assistant manager by the name Joe that believe he needs to stop telling people lies or he needs to go back and get refresh to the automobile classes again ,as for me l won't ever go there again.
Worst customer services. I purchase life time warranty brake pads, rotor,shocks I spend like $900. Know that I went to get new brake pads they told that i couldn't warranty them out because I being changing them every year.
The service at O’Reilly was excellent! The team was very attentive and took the time to test my battery and explain how to properly care for it here in Texas. The associates were knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. I really appreciated their professionalism and great customer service!
