I limit myself from coming in here. Throughout the years customer service and employee knowledge is minimal. When the manage asked me what I need he stayed in mid conversation with the other employee and customer. He asked me if I wanted it turned and if it was two rotors or just the one. I had the worst experience here, I came in and told Oscar my car year and model and offered to give my VIN number so they could give me what I needed to repair my car and the guy insisted that he didn’t need it and what he was giving me is what I needed to fix my car and spent $150 on something that was in fact not the right thing for my car. Why does someone who doesn’t take the time to check everything for a customer work here? Seems like they don’t care about their customers needs
