Poor customer service, wasting time
Went to by parts for my Grandbay car. Employees very polite and helpful. Ordered my parts and picked up next day. No problems. Thanks and keep up great work.
I had an exceptional customer service experience at this location. There was a unique issue with an item I purchased, and the leadership team went above and beyond to resolve it. A huge thank you to Sam, Rose, and the Store Manager, Edgard. Sam and Rose were incredibly helpful, transparent, and attentive during my initial visit. Great location with helpful staff. I was missing a gasket from a set I purchased and they made it right with an exchange. Sammy was great to work with! Over the years it’s become more difficult to find knowledgeable staff at parts stores but this location is a breath of fresh air!
