Honestly one of the better O’Reillys I’ve been to. Very helpful employee joy was able to help me get all the parts I needed without the wait and installed a new battery on my car will definitely recommend business here!!!
Jacob at the 8416 oreillys absolutely killed it he helped me with my spark plug and got my engine running perfectly I’m genuinely surprised he doesn’t work at a auto shop with how quick and easy he diagnosed the issue 🤙
This store is the best. The kindest most caring and knowledgeable employees ever. Scott Sehorn went above and beyond to help me with my car. Being a single Senior “gel” means the world to me. Believe only good about this store esp Scott.
El personal no tiene ninguna experiencia de nada yo llegue buscando ayuda con limpaidor de sensores y les pedi ayuda. Para que me recomendaran uno pero me dijeron que ellos no sabian. Y no buscan ayudarle ala jente. O quisas por ser latino no me quisieron atenderme. Busquen otra sucursal donde tengan ganas de trabajar.
Stopped by today since my cousins car threw a code and it usually went away before I had a chance to get to a shop. I forgot to get the gentleman’s name but he was quick to scan and print out the potential issues. Will be back when I need anything from the store!
