Came in a few days ago, the staff was professional, kind, and informative. I needed to warranty a starter i bought for my car had no problems and bought spark plugs that they priced match for me so I saved a few bucks. It was great !
I've been a customer to this store for a long time. Brought in my relative and heard an employee call him the R word. My relative is disabled... How did O'Reillys decide to hire such disgusting people. They are constantly turning over employees as well. Will be taking my business to Autozone across the street. Employee description: 1.
