RecommendedJust went in so upset because my brake lights. Michael came out and went above and beyond fixing my brake lights and also checking my brake sensor inside the car. I've had a pretty rough week and i got a little emotional thanking him for helping me!! He assured me if I needed any other help he would be there all weekend long. All off the employees are wonderful there but Michael was my savior today!! Give that guy a raise!!
I had a charging issue. I had no tool's or ability, My son suggested the O'REILLY on Antelope Rd. I stopped by earlier in the day. And the battery didn't look right to me. So Christopher was great, he said bring the car in and he'd help. I was able to get it started. And went in Christopher was still there and recognized me. He was able to determine the problem and helped me locate the battery and get it changed. I will send people into him in the future.
Yesterday I got great service from an employee at O'Reilly store on Dana Dr. Redding ca. I needed help with installing a new battery and one of your employees was off for the day he came to my rescue and helped me install the battery THANKS SO MUCH FOR HELPING ME OUT the employee name was BRENT WILLIAMS you now have a new customer for life
