Guy sold me a relay instead of the actuator I asked for. Can't return it now because they have a policy on not returning electronics. Stupid I don't want your opinion on what you think my car needs. Im telling you what I want. Guy thought it was the relay that's why he sold it to me without telling me it was a different part. AutoZone it is from now on.
Worst customer service ever!! When you buy a wiper blade and have them install it for you, you would expect it to stay on....I was driving in the rain, in the dark, on HWY 41 it flew right off my car! I had to drive 10 miles with no wipers to avoid wrecking my windshield. The condescending individual behind the counter told me they need the blade to warranty it. It's on HWY 41....go get it! I paid over $30 for the wiper blades and would expect them to be installed correctly and I would have expected him to make it right...he... read more
Terrible customer service couldn't get them to warranty part employee was more into scratching his lottery tickets and vaping to try his best to help gave up bought new part and he refused to put under my phone number so warranty will now be useless stay far away will not return
Really rude, not much for costumer service, and gave wrong information for an oil change.. Left to neighboring Auto Zone because of Richard.
Horrible people to deal with. Prices are terrible. Cannot ever find what I need and the employees are rude and not very intelligent.
Best place in town for help with parts. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Great staff.
