A big thank you to Steve who helped me purchase winter wiper blades yesterday AND put them on for me. I'm very grateful for his warm welcome on my first visit, and his kindness in showing putting the blades on and showing me how to do it. I highly recommend this store!
They were great and extremely helpful while we broke down out of town! Wonderful employees!
The worst customer service EVER, took a credit card over the phone(austin) which is way against store policy. Gave me the absolute wrong parts, some of which was online order. But to return they supposedly need the card in hand, but yet it was online and a gift, and said card was 900 plus miles away. Then belittled me called me names and all sorts of profanity. I will never EVER walk into any of there crap holes again. Truely the 7-11 of auto parts. Garbage beyond garbage.
These guys installed a light for me before I had to go out of town, when another store didn't even attempt to be helpful. I highly recommend this location! !! Thank you!
