Devin Wied in the last week According to manager on duty the store manager makes his own hours and comes and goes as he pleases. Asked about returning a part that was just purchased and his replay was he can't make the decision the store manager has too. Mind you the part has a lifetime warranty and is covered no matter the issue. When asked if he could contact the store manager to resolve the issue he told me no that would be the same as calling someone in off duty.
