Purchased a new battery for my Jeep Gladiator and was told by Trevor that it was a difficult install and that they would not do it. I explained that I recently had a neck procedure and could not lift a battery, and that it only has 1 bolt that is easily assessable. Still would not help. Dylan overheard and said he would gladly change it. It took him 5 minutes tops to change it out. Dylan was a very polite, helpful young man. Thank you Dylan, I appreciate you greatly!
We went to the shop as we kept having to jump our battery. Dylan tested our battery and it was bad, so we bought a new one, and as he was installing it, he noticed the cable was loose. So, before installing the new one, he tightened it, and that was all it took! He refunded our $ and explained to us ( two old ladies) how to recharge it so the alternator would kick in. These guys are awesome! Conlan helped my daughter replace a bad battery when I couldn’t. The staff here is amazing.
The staff here is always really helpful. Anytime I need a part that they don't have in store they can order and often have it there the same day.
While they didn't have the part I needed (not their fault, odd size exhaust for semi APU), Dylan and Devin were awesome. Super friendly and very helpful. If I lived in the area, this store would be my go to.
