The people at this store have horrible customer service. Very rude and unprofessional.
I came And to O’Reilly’s and I was greeted by a guy named shaw He was very helpful and I found a solution to my problem
I had a great experience at this O’Reilly location. After spending about 40 minutes calling and driving around to different auto parts stores, I finally came across this one and was helped by Marlon. I explained that my brake light was out and that I had a replacement bulb from a pack I previously purchased at another O’Reilly. Without hesitation, Marlon offered to help me install it. Marlon great customer service unhook my battery charged it up. I needed a new one very professional put a new battery in and everything is good. Excellent job five star.
I’m so appreciative of the prompt and friendly service I received after standing in line for 25 minutes across the street at AUTO ZONE I also noticed a couple of other guys in came over we all got in and out!!
