The regular employees are very helpful & knowledgeable. However, the store manager is extremely unprofessional. She has a foul mouth that is unbecoming for a woman and a manager. She belittles the employees in front of customers. As a customer service professional, she lacks the essence of what it means to service the customer. I dislike coming in when she's there, because she creates such a toxic environment.
