Terrible customer service experience when a family member called in to ask for a part, and the person they spoke with on the phone was not only unhelpful but very rude. When I called to inquire about the incident and the part, they told me that my family member was not specific and didn’t know what he was talking about, which is false because this family member has been a mechanic for 40+ years so he knows what he was asking for.
