The store is great. The parts on the other hand not so much. Old Taurus needs an alternator pick one up from O'Reilly's it lasts a day. Get stranded I need to tow home pick up another alternator they confirmed that it's dead give me a replacement. 2 years later a friend needs an alternator for his Silverado, we go to O'Reilly's we put it on it starts up fine we drive 1 hour and it dies. We go back to O'Reilly's they confirm it's not good they give us another one and we're back on the road praying that the second one works. T... read more
