Called to ask if a part was available and the guy was rude. Arrived to pick up the part and realized later the girl working there gave us the wrong part. When we returned it, we had to wait almost an hour for someone to bring the correct part from a different location on Macon. They need to improve on customer service and train better.
I want to give a big shout-out to Eric and Ms. Johnnie at O'Reilly Auto Parts - Memphis Store #4432 on Houston Levee Road. They went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service.
