staff always seems inconvenienced to help customers, as if I'm bothering them. I have only been in this location half a dozen times due to being relatively close to my home but they gave me all the same lackluster impression. I have worked customer service many years and image is everything so arguing with each other and not prioritizing customers is a turn-off. I'll drive across town to AutoZone to not deal with the unprofessional atmosphere here.
RecommendedI went in for the free diagnostic today because my check engine light came on. Evan was extremely helpful and even was able to give me the codes when I called later to get them. Thank you very much!! Excellent service, and very knowledgeable.
