Good
I returned a part to O’Reilly Auto Parts and had a very poor experience. The manager spoke with another manager and said, “It’s your call to take it back.” In the end, they kept the part and I was given no refund. Completely unacceptable customer service. The store manager junior looking under my phone number to found the receipt and he couldn’t and the other manager looking under my credit card number and found the receipt still don’t take merchandise back so I left without my money or the part.
