The manager of this store, Chris, went above and beyond to find the right part for my old truck. He was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. It is nice to have a competent local resource to get parts from instead of Amazon.
This store sold me the wrong battery for my car… twice. Had over a month of battery issues, most importantly I had to jump my car EVERYTIME I needed to drive. First time I brought it back, they exchanged it for a different model that seemed to work better for a few weeks. But as the weather got colder, my car refused to start at all. Eventually found out that this battery was wrong too. Took it up to the store as soon as they opened and the manager was working. Tim Warren 6 reviews 7 months ago Today in the freezing rain. I walked in to get a new battery. Without hesitation Bruce helped me install it in my Silverado. Bruce is the real deal and he was determined to make sure I left a satisfied customer. He answered every question and took no short cuts.
