Thank you to Louis! My wife came in today for FOB batteries. Louis, helped my wife with replacing the battery in her FOB. Then he assisted her with a car battery replacement. He was honest and forthcoming with her and did not try to up-sell her. Finally he made a suggestion on the best product to clean the seats in her car. Again he was honest and did not try to sell her the most expensive product. Thank you Louis for helping my wife today.
Why you guy’s have kids working in your store I asked for a question and they looked at each other and laughed making me look stupid I was so embarrassed never have I looked and felt so humiliated in my life I asked for help because I don’t know I am a women you guy’s should start hiring more professional with really passionate about helping others with out making them feel dumb this kids have no respect for others you need more people that are more family oriented thank you 🙏
