Dennis took over 40 minutes for a simple return to card. Literally started my return and helped 7-9 people before finishing it. Is this a retail store? Make you wait until multiple people aren't in line to finish a return to card even though you waited in line for your service. Will not shop O'Reilly ever again. Most ignorant service I ever experienced. AutoZone and advanced is the way to go!
