I went In for an oil filter and waited 20 min for help and was the only customer I watched the employees answer phone call after phone call while I waited . I went outside and called from the parking lot and talked with bob who is the manager . I told him what I needed and told him that I waited for 20 min while his employees answered calls . Chris Morales went above and beyond to help me today. Not only recommending me the right parts, but helping me install them in the parking lot saving me hundreds of dollars. This man deserves a raise.
Went to Autozone to get a new battery and have it put in a PT Cruiser. The worker forgot where to put the negative charge, and could not change the battery out. Instead of trying to sale me the battery, he told me to go to Walmart... I went to O'Reilly's and they were cheaper and changed my battery within 10 minutes. I will never go back to Autozone, and will ALWAYS come here, thanks Mat!
