My experience with the south side store is so bizarre that it is hard to put into words. I bought an alternator for my mothers car - the voltage regulator failed within three months so I had to replace it again. This time I didn't have time so I had to pay someone to put it back in. The exchange went fine and I left happy. Ten days later the replacement alternator fails. I bring the replacement back and things fall apart from there. Worst customer service I have ever encountered, in the automotive industry. I was dealing directly with the Manager. She lied through her teeth! Then in a attempt to correct the problem, she was supposed to stop and pick up the items I needed from another store, and contact me at 7:30 the next day. That never happened!
The staff seemed to be pretty knowledgeable. I'll be shopping here again!
I bought some plug wires from there. I went to install them they were all short. I think Stevie Wonder and Ray Charles made them. If i wasnt in a pinch I would have taken them back or thrown them straight in the garbage. Absouloutly a crap product.
