Seems to be that bad reviews about the condescending attendant over the counter are a repeating pattern. I possibly had the same guy "help me out" when I needed a single ignition coil boot set yesterday after tearing one to pieces trying to get it out. He wouldn't just sell me one. I didn't want to argue but he made it hard to hold my tongue with the comments he was making. I just wanted to get out of there and back to my car to finish a spark plug job that was clicking over the 2hr mark when it should have taken 30min.
One star just because the guy I spoke with was super condescending and unpleasant. The prices weren’t listed on the item I was looking for so I had to ask for assistance. Guy with facial hair and a tie dye shirt who didn’t look up from his phone for most of the interaction didn’t so much answer my questions about pricing but instead talked down to me for inquiring about other products besides the one he recommended. I've been an O'Reilly customer for a long time, with a business account. But the service i received at this location was terrible. The guy that was at the counter seemed annoyed i was there, and that he had to go get a part i needed from the back. He didn't even ask if i wanted the one he grabbed since the package was destroyed, instead he just rang it up, i went to mention the account and he just ignored me. Very disappointing.
