Out of the big three Orieleys, Autozone, and advance auto i perfer Orieleys but cant honestly say why although i do have accounts with all three autoparts stores so idk its always clean and employed by smart honest associates for the most part.
There's no in store shopping. You have to ask a helpful assistant for what you need.
I had a great, smooth experience here. I needed a new car battery, and I hoped they could install it. They needed to double-check that they could work on my car, but once they confirmed they could, I got the battery, and they installed it quickly. The person who helped me was nice and helpful.
