Had car troubles coming into Portland. This oReillys happened to be the closest. The asst manager Kenneth was helpful and kind and was personable with me and my daughter, and helped my husband identify the issue and gave recommendations.
Ryan was super helpful and professional!
Honestly just had to use the restroom and didn’t plan on buying anything, but nonetheless the man was kind enough to let me use the restroom. Great hospitality in Portland!

The assistant manager doesn’t have good customer service. Seemed very Unenthused to help out. Won’t be back.
