Terrible customer service. Paid for 2 day shipping, item came 4 days later. Had to have our rep...we are a commercial account...obtain out refund. Store manager was completely rude as well as the "acting manager " when I was in store. I was told that I could be refunded the amount for the item but not for the shipping... but seeing as how I paid for 2 day shipping and it came in 4 days later... why should I not get my money back? Really O'Reilly's??
