AMAZING customer service, had two separate O’reillys refuse to change my car battery, called this location and Waylon changed my battery in under 10 minutes and helped with other car issues I was experiencing. Went out of his way to help and saved me from a lot of trouble. Best customer service I’ve ever received at any store.
Changed part in my vehicle and oreily worker crossed wired the wires and my truck malfunction forced to leave property also on the way out it caused my vehicle to malfuntion and collide into a multi billion doller company vehicle contacted cooprate well all we can do is pay for a tow truck for you and your gonna be responsible to pay the mechanic this is not the way u do business 0 out of 10 rating after being a loyal customiser with yall since I was 19 I’m 36 now
