Enjoy shopping here much more than an Autozone store. Nice people and always a good experience.
Took a battery in that needed charged they used a used a hamd held and said it was a bad battery volts were 12.1 I said it needs to be charged before testing it. He refused to even attempt to charge it. Took it autozone currently being charged. Horrible customer service. Called store made a complaint and I was told I was wrong and thier tester in back is accurate, I explained it never went to the back, they used a battery amp tester. Dillian store manager please reach out.
