I am constantly getting the run around with this stores online inventory and their actual in store inventory and then when I get there they spend 30 minutes looking for said part only to tell me they have to order it and will be there in 2 hours which is ridiculous. The information put in is only as good as a person's integrity that is putting in the information. Wasted so much of my time. Thanks.
We stood in line for 15 minutes. Couldn't get any help. The new guy just walked around confused. No one was helping him. I live very close to this store. But sometimes it's faster for me to drive to a competitor. You guys need better staff...... there are a few guys that really know their stuff. The day crew on June 3rd are not those guys

I just had a friend post to FB that two employees there were making fun of her appearance. She was humiliated and embarrassed. She has said so much as that they never will set foot in there again. This just goes to show the type of people O'Reillys employs.
