unfortunately this is the store that get the bad review. I will never purchase a part with them again. they refuse to file a labor claim after taking possession of the damaged part. the part failed after 1 year of being installed and but my whole family in danger since it failed while operating.
When the store closes at 9 p.m. but doors are locked by 8:58 p.m. I work 40 + hours just the same and don't get to shut down early.
RecommendedI do not remember the guys name that I did business with but the stores customer service overall was awesome. They did not try to sell me something I didn’t need, even offered to talk to my husband on the phone about his findings. Some stores refuse to talk on the phone with someone on the phone but they were nice.
