Pretty much always got what ya need
I dropped my oil cap into my undercarriage by accident today when I was putting oil in my vehicle. I came to this O’Reilly’s to purchase a universal oil cap. Paul sold it to me but also offered to have a look at my undercarriage to see if he could help. I couldn’t drive without the oil cap so I went back to my car, put the universal cap on, brought it back to this particular O’Reilly location: Paul was still there and happily came outside to do what he had offered before and he got my cap out for me!!!
