Went there on multiple different occasions to buy parts for my car one of the workers behind the counter tall white with a beard and a mustache really rude disrespectful acts like he doesn’t wanna be there. I’ve also been sold three wrong kinds of parts when I told them exactly what I needed and then when I go back to get my refund, they get all mad because they made a mistake and don’t wanna take accountability. I would not recommend the store location at all to anyone ever the one in Kansas and Kearney is way better.

I dropped my oil cap into my undercarriage by accident today when I was putting oil in my vehicle. I came to this O’Reilly’s to purchase a universal oil cap. Paul sold it to me but also offered to have a look at my undercarriage to see if he could help. I couldn’t drive without the oil cap so I went back to my car, put the universal cap on, brought it back to this particular O’Reilly location: Paul was still there and happily came outside to do what he had offered before and he got my cap out for me!!!
