I dropped my oil cap into my undercarriage by accident today when I was putting oil in my vehicle. I came to this O’Reilly’s to purchase a universal oil cap. Paul sold it to me but also offered to have a look at my undercarriage to see if he could help. I couldn’t drive without the oil cap so I went back to my car, put the universal cap on, brought it back to this particular O’Reilly location: Paul was still there and happily came outside to do what he had offered before and he got my cap out for me!!! Some of the most wonderful folks I have ever met. Very kind, knowledgeable, helpful, urgent. Keith the manager, a great team lead. Very excited to have them in my corner.
The lady in there was very nice and helped put my windshield wipers on. Forgot to grab her name but she was very polite and knowledgeable.
