Came into O'Reilly's not knowing how to change the battery in my 2019 Jeep. Batteries (2) are located underneath the passenger seat. Sherry said no problem and came out and changed not only one battery but had to remove the first to get to the second one. Sherry and her team are always eager to help in any way possible and make you feel at home when you walk into the store. Great Team!
I called at 7:52 in desperate need of a part when they closed at 8. Tracy said sure, no problem, I’ll wait. Not only did her and Karson wait but she had both options on counter waiting for me and they were both super friendly. They didn’t act the least bit upset or put out. So crucial because I couldn’t miss work the next day. I’d drive from anywhere in Madison county for this store.
Justin! Used ChatGPT bc I don’t know anything abt cars and everything that GPT let me know Justin made sense of for me. Also walked me though installing the battery which was great. My man!
