Very bad customer service today. Guy was talking on his phone headset instead of helping customers. Made me walk to a far counter instead of opening a register in front of where the line was. Hardly acknowledged me. Other employees didn't acknowledge anyone coming in the store. Not good guys. Do better.
Juan and Aron are the best customer service, knowledgeable guys I’ve meet in any auto parts store
Employee Cecil was more than helpful. Made sure I got exactly what I needed. He came outside and verified I got the correct tool for the job. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone. I will be back and request (CECIL) for help. Thank you.
