Needed a vacuum pump to recharge my cars a/c. Looked up online who had one and it said my locale did. I get there and they tell me no we have everything but the pump. So now I have to go all the way to south Salem and they do have almost all I need. Then I find out AFTER they take the deposit it's nearly $ 500.00. And they didn't have any oil for the pump or was I told anything about it. Had to go to Autozone for the oil, another $10.00 for 8oz. 3 stars because I was able recharge my a/c properly and it works great.
Came in looking for one specific thing 5 minutes before closing--9:55pm on a Saturday. Wasn't looking to wander around and stay after closing--was literally looking to get in and out. I had been to the North Lancaster location a few hours earlier, who had told me that this location had 12 units in stock of this specific motor oil I was looking for.
