Waited for service. Tried to figure out what I needed myself. Could not. Waited for service again. Finally walked out. Probably for the best, I got what I needed at Walmart for less.
I’ve not had any issues at this store since being in Illinois until today, the employee named Alexandria was very rude and I’ve been using my sons discount because he works for O’Reilly’s but she apparently didn’t want to do her job today because she would not let me use my sons discount and even said that he could get fired for me using his discount which I know is a lie smh horrible customer service with this girl I won’t go back to this store as long as she’s working there
Just had Maxwell, working at Eldorado location, replace a battery for me. Turned out a bit troublesome to the tune of 40 minutes. THANK YOU very much Maxwell! O'Reilly has a Great employee there. Glad it wasn't during our Summer heat wave.
