I had an outstanding experience at the O’Reilly Auto Parts on East Eldorado in Decatur, IL. My car wouldn’t start in the freezing cold, it was negative 12 degrees outside! I was helped by Justin and Chris, and both of them went above and beyond. Justin came outside to assist me, removed the old battery, and worked with me in the cold and he found a replacement for me. Chris has always done a great job with anything from changing head lights or key fob batteries to the exact part I needed for any of my company trucks. He needs a raise !

I had a warning light come on in the 1st 100 miles of a 1000 mile road trip the morning of December 26th. So i stopped at this O'Reilly location. Even though it was not a check engine light, Christopher went and took a look. He explained what caused the light, checked out the cause, and gave assurance that it would be ok to continue with my trip. A big thank you to Christopher and his service above and beyond.
