The other night while driving home from Chicago down to Macon, a metal stake punctured my tire in Decatur and the only auto place that was open and nearby where it happened was O'Reilly's. Manager Shauna was working and was kind enough to take a look at my tire even though that is not what they specialize in. She let me keep my car in the parking lot over night and when I came back the next morning, my tire was nearly flat. She was also nice enough to fill my tire with enough air to drive over to a local tire shop. Thank you... read more
I dont know how this has 4 stars. Aint no way. Got one worker messing around middle of store, while another one is up at the front trying to take care of customers. Huge line and the guy in middle gets told and keeps talking and shooting the crap. Another worker comes in from outside and does one customer and leaves to the back room after the customer leaves. So guess one and done? Ridiculous and they were calling each other not so great names to each other. Truly worse store. I wouldn't come back if you paid me.
I had a great experience at O’Reilly’s on E Eldorado. The customer service was excellent and their prices beat are always lower than the other parts stores in Decatur!
Staff was absolutely wonderful to work with.
