Not only is the staff at this location SUPER friendly, they go above and beyond to assist you. This kind of customer service is rare and very appreciated!
For the last five times I've ordered parts here. I always got the wrong part. They swear up and down they always have the right part and then the manager Rose lies and calls vendors and tells them lies about customers. Literally the worst O'Reillys ever the poorest management under Rose... Never had I had a bad experience with a manager, such as this person that works at O'Reillys on El Dorado.
They didn’t even answer the phone and I know they open till 9 o’clock. They ain’t that busy they can’t answer the phone. They could’ve just answered the phone and told me to hold on ain’t nobody that busy. They can’t even answer the phone.
