This review is specifically for Ben. If I could give more stars I would. We had a rough running engine. Ben used the plug in diagnosing machine to find out we had a misfire on cylinder 3. We went for the cheap option, just do the spark plug. Came home and didn’t have the correct plug socket. Back to the shop. Ben helped us find the magnetic soark plug socket we needed quickly. Ben is awesome! Knowledgeable and really professional. After waiting on the side of the road for 2 hours (thanks AAA) , Ben was a godsend. He diagnosed my issue quickly and gave me good advice on troubleshooting my problem. He even stayed open a few minutes over so I could get an extra part before close. I was able to fix my car and don’t need to call out tomorrow because of it. Ben is a top notch employee and I’ll be a loyal customer from here on out.
